For long, the HR team has been keeping track of applicants and employees across spreadsheets drive folders, and SaaS tools, which are time consuming and difficult to navigate. The internal product team took on the challenge and delivered BeaconFire HR, the first step of a comprehensive internal HRIS system, designed to streamline their workflows and reduce administrative overhead.
I have led the end-to-end design process throughout the way, and delivered the core employee management experience that enabled the HR team to work and collaborate around a single source of truth for all people managing tasks.
